What is the "colour changing" formula?

The "colour changing" formula is a modern technology that causes the patches to change color as they are applied to the skin. This innovative reaction occurs thanks to specially selected ingredients that respond to the skin's temperature and PH. Upon contact with the skin, the patches begin to absorb active ingredients, and their color changes from an intense shade to a more subtle, transparent tone, indicating full absorption and active performance.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You do not need to create an account manually – it will be created automatically during the ordering process, based on your email address. This allows you to enjoy many conveniences: saved delivery, billing, and contact details will speed up future purchases. Additionally, you gain access to order history, current shipment statuses, and a simpler return process.

How do I create an account on the Diamond Freak website?

To create an account, simply click "Register" on our website, enter the required information, and confirm your registration.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page, and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset it.

How do I change my personal information?

To update your details, log in to your account using your password. Then go to the "Personal Data" section, make the appropriate changes, and confirm them to save.

MY ORDERS

How do I place an order?

It's really simple: just a few steps to place an order. Add selected products to the cart. Before finalizing, you can check the contents again, change quantities, or remove items you no longer want. Then choose your preferred delivery method. Make sure your address details are correct – this is important for smooth order processing. In the final step, select your preferred payment method and complete the purchase. You do not need to create an account manually – it will be automatically created during the order process based on the email address provided. If you want to track or manage your orders in the future, just log in. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming its receipt.

How do I check if my order was accepted?

After placing your order, you should receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. You can also track your order status by logging into your account and going to the "My Orders" section. Can't see the confirmation in your inbox? Your order might not have been saved correctly, or the email address could have been entered incorrectly. In that case, contact us at hello@diamondfreak.com – we’ll be happy to help!

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and a tracking link. You can also check the delivery status by logging into your account – just go to the "My Orders" section, select the relevant order, and see the details and tracking link.

Why is a product unavailable?

Some products may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we do our best to restock as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can use the "Notify me when available" option to receive an email once the product is back in stock.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter the discount code in the "I have a discount code" field in the cart and click "Apply" to activate the discount. The discount will be automatically applied. Please note that discount codes are single-use, assigned to one person, and valid while supplies last. They usually cannot be combined with other promotions. Details on how the discount code works are provided each time they are valid.

What should I do if my discount code doesn’t work?

Make sure the code was entered correctly, without extra spaces or special characters. You can enter the code in upper or lower case. If it still doesn’t work, contact our customer service for help at hello@diamondfreak.com

How can I pay for my order?

Can I pay upon delivery?

Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery. Orders are processed after online payment is confirmed.

Is my payment data secure?

Yes, we ensure full security of payment data. We use secure encryption protocols to protect your information.

How do I pay with a gift card?

Enter your gift card number during the cart summary step. If the order value exceeds the card balance, you’ll be asked to pay the difference. If the card contains more funds than the order total, the unused portion will expire and will not be available for future purchases.

DELIVERY

How long will I wait for my order delivery?

Delivery time depends on the location and chosen shipping method. Details are provided at checkout.

What is the order processing time?

Order processing time starts from the moment payment is successfully authorized. Preparation time is provided individually for each product - typically it is 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the moment the purchase is completed. During peak periods or in special cases, this time may extend up to two business days.

What are the available shipping options?

We ship orders within Poland and abroad. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and selected method. Details are available at checkout.

Can I track my package?

Yes, after the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within the European Union. International orders are delivered in cooperation with our trusted carrier DPD International, offering a convenient "door to door" service – from our door directly to the recipient's address. International shipping:

  • Only prepaid orders are accepted (prepayment).
  • We do not offer cash on delivery for international orders.
  • Each shipment is carefully secured and insured for transport.
  • Deliveries are made by land – estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on the destination country.

After shipping, the customer receives a tracking number to monitor the package at every stage. The cost of international shipping depends on the location and will appear automatically in the cart after selecting the delivery country.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

Due to the speed of processing, we cannot change the address after the order is placed. If you have a problem – write to us at hello@diamondfreak.com, and we’ll try to help.

RETURNS

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the products are in their original packaging and have not been used. Details are available in our "Return Policy" section.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange a return or exchange procedure.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund will be issued immediately after receiving and inspecting the returned products, but no later than within 14 days.

How will I receive my refund if approved?

Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or in the form of a gift card:

  • Original payment method: The refund will be processed to the same payment method used during the order. If your account details have changed since then, please inform us.
  • Gift card: You can receive a refund in the form of an e-gift card sent to your email, which you can use for future purchases. The e-gift card is tied to the email address used for the order and cannot be transferred to another email.
  • Partial refund, partial gift card: If your order was paid using a combination of debit/credit card and gift card, the refund will be issued proportionally to the payment methods used.

Where can I buy a Diamond Freak gift card?

Gift cards are available in our website store as "Gift card”.

How do I use a gift card?

After adding products to the cart, during checkout select the "Gift Card" option and enter the code to redeem the card value. If your order exceeds the card balance, you’ll need to pay the difference. If there are unused funds left on the card, they will not be available for future purchases, as the gift card can only be used once.

What is the validity period of a gift card?

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the moment it is received via email. After that time, the funds expire.

Can I exchange or return a gift card?

The e-gift card is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including in case of loss, theft, or after the expiration date. If you purchased with a gift card and return a product, the refund will be issued using the same payment method.
